Dr. Wieland
   
Dr. Wieland is a native of Pinellas County, married with three children. He is a 1985 graduate of National College of Chiropractic in Lombard Illinois with 20 years of experience practicing in Pinellas County.

In January of 2005, Dr. Wieland joined with Dr. Thomas Hughes to form Advantage Health & Wellness Center, in St. Petersburg, Florida. The clinic features full service chiropractic care also utilizing synergistic therapies including Pilates and yoga classes, nutritional and diet education. The large therapy room host the Pilates and exercise classes in a comfortable semi-private setting for an individual approach without the crowded masses experienced in the gyms.

Dr. Wieland’s clinical emphasis is in utilizing low-tech, functional rehabilitation along with traditional chiropractic care in the treatment of accident/injury cases as well as more typical musculoskeletal conditions. He has completed the three-year Diplomat course in Chiropractic Rehabilitation through Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College as well as over two hundred hours in advanced orthopedic training.

Dr. Wieland has participated in Professional associations for many years dating back to his days at chiropractic school. He became involved with the Florida Chiropractic Association beginning in 1981 as a student member and is currently serving on the Board of Director representing the Pinellas County Chiropractic Society. On the local front he has been a member of the Pinellas County Chiropractic Society for 20 years serving on the Board of Directors since 1990 in various positions including President. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the ACA Council on Physiological Therapeutics and Rehabilitation.
